Glen is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and Board Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics with more than 30 years of experience helping athletes, families, and individuals improve their health, energy, and performance through practical, science-based nutrition.

He earned his Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and has worked with clients ranging from youth athletes to professional organizations, including serving as Team Performance Dietitian for the New York Jets and the Boston Red Sox during their 2018 World Series Championship season.

Glen’s approach is realistic, personalized, and built for real life — helping clients create sustainable habits without extreme diets or unnecessary restrictions. His philosophy combines performance nutrition, long-term wellness, and education to help people fuel smarter, perform better, and live stronger.
